A native Mainer with a deep connection to the coast, Jody has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986. Prior to joining The Masiello Group, she worked in senior housing in Portland, Peaks Island, Topsham, Scarborough, and South Portland advocating and specializing in issues facing the shortage of affordable housing for seniors and baby boomers. Her ability to empathize and connect with people gained her several awards for excellence in customer service. Jody has a very vivacious personality and people area drawn to her open, honest, and very easy way of communicating. She is fun to work with! Her business practice is based on strong client relationships – knowing their needs desires and wants and she uses her business savvy to fulfill expectations in a timely manner. She values her clients as family and is known for her confidentiality, trust and integrity.
She lives in Portland. In her free time she is passionate about her black lab, Morrie, cooking, yoga (a certified yoga teacher), dance, travel and gardening. She loves architecture and design and has been a partner in flipping several homes. Jody brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and is excited to grow in the vibrant cultural and business life of Maine.
